Welcome to our charming lodge, a true haven of peace. 

Magnificent 80 m2 house in a quiet neighborhood of a dozen houses where you will feel safe and calm.

The lodge is located in the hills above Villequier, famous for its walks along the banks of the Seine and its famous beef cider.

The location is exceptional:
- very quiet area surrounded by plains and just a stone's throw from the forest

The double room

 

Our gîte has two upstairs bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed in a large, bright room overlooking the wooded garden.

The second room

 

The second bedroom, also on the first floor, has two single beds and a small, secure balcony.

 

The landing

 

Located between the two bedrooms at the top of the staircase, the landing has been designed to provide a quiet space with a sofa and table.

The salon

 

The living area features a dining room with table and chairs, as well as a lounge area with flat-screen TV, fiber-optic broadband, board games and books for young and old.

 

The hall

 

Accompanied by its decorative fireplace, the dining room includes a dining area with a table and 4 chairs.

Opening directly onto the terrace, the room is spacious and bright, offering a convivial space for gathering with family or friends.

In addition to the fiber connection, an office area is garden view layout.

 

The kitchen

 

A fully refurbished kitchen with oven, 2-burner hob, microwave and dishwasher.

The bathroom

 

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and the necessary amenities such as a hairdryer and towel dryer.

Towels are provided on request at an additional cost.

 

The outside

 

Outside, there's a terrace with garden furniture and parasol, as well as a wooded courtyard ideal for playing badminton, ball, Mölkky or sunbathing on a deckchair.

The lodge also has a covered garage and a lean-to where you can play table tennis.

Two adult bicycles are also available.

 

 

 

The garage has a 16A socket, allowing you to recharge an electric vehicle.

The gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for your convenience.

Animals are not allowed (cats, dogs, parakeets, llamas, alligators, etc.).
